Mobiliser is a mediator
between students and center. Mobilization activity is conducted through primary and secondary data
collection by the mobilizer in the supervision of project coordinator. Primary
data collection is performed through field visits, door to door surveys, and
registration camps. To reach up to the
desirable youth they take help of Ashatai,
Sarpanch, Gramsevak, group leaders.
And the secondary data collection is performed through various government and
private bodies.

Interactive training sessions are designed to invite maximum participation

from candidate’s side. Use of audio/ video aids and power – point
presentations to impart training to the candidates is well taken care of.

Extracurricular activities like Exposure Visits, Motivational

Sessions are carried out at regular interval to break the monotony and to give
the practical knowledge to the candidates.
Regular assessments and feedback are another strategy to attain maximum

training outcome.

Another important task is to place trainees, after the accomplishment of
training and final assessment conducted by a third party. SEVA has appropriate
linkage with various industries for placements. We provide the counseling session
regarding placement activities as well as arrange mock interviews for practice. We
share the placement related information (Including job profile, salary, benefits company
name) with students. All trained candidates are allowed to attend on and off campus
interviews.

Seva have created a system to track candidates in terms of their growth and
also manage to evaluate the employer (Recruiters/Industries) We have Developed a
monthly Tracking system in the form of MIS to track and maintain records of
candidate’s professional success and growth in the industry. We keep updates of
candidates in MIS like current salary, current post, company name and future growth
& Scope etc. Also, we provide proper guidance and assistance for those candidates
who aspire for a startup.
